π π PROCESS TIME
- Most of the listing keycaps are made to order so it takes time to make. It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to make and 1 to 4 weeks to ship depending on where you are.
- The process time sometimes takes longer than estimated. It is because of the difficulty of the order, lack of materials or just overwhelming orders in the sale season like Christmas, Halloween, ... Please forgive us if your order has a slow process. We always try to do our best to make it on time.

- Please notice that NOT every keyboard is compatible with artisan keycaps, only mechanical keyboards do, EXCEPT SOME mechanical keyboard models from Logitech, Razer because they use special switches for their keyboards. Please contact us if you are using their keyboard.
- If you are looking for a spacebar keycap, please feel free to message us for the right size of the keycap because each keyboard layout has a different spacebar size. We make spacebar keycaps from 5.5U to 7U.
