- Most of the listing keycaps are made to order so it takes time to make. It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to make and 1 to 4 weeks to ship depending on where you are.
- The process time sometimes takes longer than estimated. It is because of the difficulty of the order, lack of materials or just overwhelming orders in the sale season like Christmas, Halloween, ... - Please notice that NOT every keyboard is compatible with artisan keycaps, only mechanical keyboards do, EXCEPT SOME mechanical keyboard models from Logitech, Razer because they use special switches for their keyboards. Please contact us if you are using their keyboard.
